🧩 What You'll Do:
Facilitate seamless real estate closings with accuracy and care.
Communicate clearly with clients, agents, lenders.
Open new orders
Order all municipal requirements
Stay up to date on industry regulations and best practices.
✅ Qualifications:
Experience in title and escrow (preferred but not always required—training available).
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Comfortable with escrow software (e.g., SoftPro, but willing to train the right candidate) and Microsoft Office Suite.
