Helping people buy and sell homes is a big responsibility and not one I take lightly. I am fortunate that through my many clients over the past 12 years, the process of buying and selling homes and land is a process that I am both proficient at and comfortable with guiding others through. I understand from my client's perspective it is a complex process of numbers, document gathering, positive and

negative feedback, unknown timelines, legal and trade speak and the list goes on. Helping others through this process is what I enjoy.

This is long but well worth it if you want a better understanding of mortgages, economics and the current Covid19. Short version based on what they discuss (not what I am saying will happen). If we all work with the social distancing, virus should start to plateau by mid April. There should be some great investment opportunities 2 weeks prior to that. Rates will go up some to cover margins, yet will still be unbelievably low.

If you know anyone buying or selling a home, share this, PLEASE. These i buyer programs are changing the terms and charging you double! It's a HOME, it's not a pair of shoes from an online retailer! This is the equivalent of looking for a video on how to remove your own appendix and then going for it.
