The map highlights many of the neighborhoods throughout the East Cooper communities and includes home price ranges, available amenities, and links to explore active listings in greater detail.

If you haven’t made it out to Spoleto yet, there’s still time to catch one of Charleston’s best annual events.

Spoleto Festival USA brings concerts, theater, jazz, dance, art installations, and performances all across the city, and this time of year downtown Charleston has a completely different energy because of it.

One of my favorite parts is that you don’t have to plan an entire day around it. You can grab dinner, walk through downtown, hear live music in the background, and end up discovering something unexpected along the way.

For anyone visiting Charleston this month, it’s also one of the best ways to experience the city beyond the typical tourist spots.

The Charleston market is becoming more balanced in 2026, with inventory up, homes taking longer to sell, and buyers gaining more negotiating power.

Q1 median home prices still climbed 4.5% year over year to $480K, while nearly half of listings required price reductions — showing how important accurate pricing has become.

Well-priced homes are still moving quickly, with about 30% selling at or above asking price, often within just a few days.
