Congratulations to my investor client for his recent sale in Charlestowne Estates! He put his heart and soul into this project, and it shows. So much that we were able to put this home under contract TWICE!
In real estate, things happen. There’s things you can and can’t control, but at the end of the day, if you have a plan in place and can adapt to any circumstance, you’re golden. Shoutout to the whole team on this one, can’t wait to do it again!

It was always my clients goal to have a house on the water with a sunset. In fact, it was one of the things they had on their bucket list when they married. Well after a few years of searching high and low, they finally found the one!
Grateful, honored, blessed, and inspired are few words that come mind when thinking back on this time. My clients showed me what it means to work hard, set goals, and that things will always work out the way they’re supposed to 💯

Real estate is built on relationships, and this one is a perfect example. 🤝
I recently had the opportunity to help out of state investors sell two properties in the Goose Creek area. One of the homes had previously been listed with another brokerage without success, and after making a few strategic changes, we had it under contract in just 6 days!

The reason I work so hard is for everything you see in this photo, and more. Being a Father comes with a lot of responsibilities and things you’d never expect until you’re in it. Same thing with Real Estate, and that’s what I love about it.
My family is my WHY and I try my best to show up everyday because of them. Not because they ask me to, or I feel like I have to, but it’s because I want to. I want to be the best version of myself simply because they deserve it. Showing up for them and showing up in my business is what makes it all worth it, so with that I thank all of you.
