Great info to keep in mind - homes may seem like they are sitting on the market for longer right now, but this is completely normal for this time of year!

What this means for BUYERS: Don’t assume there’s something wrong with a home just because it has been on market longer. You may miss your perfect match.

What this means for SELLERS: Don’t panic if your home isn’t under contract in the first week. The right buyer for you just hasn’t seen it yet.
