Getting a house ready to sale is no easy task. Doing it in three days with the wife working one of those days and two kids doesn’t help the situation. Having to put out 150-ish bags of mulch, planting 33 plants/shrubs makes it even harder. Did I mention a three year old and 15 month old??? AND a dog.

We DID it. Looking forward to getting this one under contract.

Congratulations to my favorite, toughest and the clients who cause me the biggest headache. After months of searching and many trips to Seabrook, we found the perfect condo. We have decided to venture into the short term rental business.
