Do you need your own agent? Also, do you need to do a home inspection on a new construction house? Surely the builder and their sub contractors won't make any mistakes. This article is a great resource along these lines.

Apparently Zoës Kitchen at the Town Center has been bought by Cava. They acquired Zoe’s Kitchen in 2018, but it kept the brand open for the time being, according to the Washington Business Journal. Mount Pleasant Update
Cinebarre closed about two weeks ago. From the article by Warren Wise, "Plans for the site have not been finalized,” said Tyler Covington, a principal at Collett Capital. “The team looks forward to working with the town of Mount Pleasant and other local stakeholders to revitalize the property.”

Whatever is developed at the site, it will not be another movie theater for the foreseeable future. The sales agreement restricts Collett Capital or a future property owner from selling or leasing the site for a commercial movie theater for the next 20 years.

The theater is in a 175-acre area designated as a redevelopment center along Houston Northcutt Boulevard near Town Hall. Collett’s website refers to the site as “Houston Northcutt Redevelopment.”

Regal Cinemas of Knoxville, Tenn., sold the Cinebarre in Mount Pleasant to a Charlotte real estate investment firm that also owns several other properties in the Charleston area, including a
