Patience!!! He was very patient with us! Took a year to get financially ready for our house. He never steered us wrong. Joesph Escamilla and his entire team went above and beyond . An absolute game-changing speed and ability to push through, get through underwriting and all the way to the finish line closing. Communicated with us every step of the way, left nothing unturned…We did experienced something’s along the way at no fault of ours but of the seller and still Joe and the entire financing and Most importantly Nation wide Mortgage Company stood by ourside and they made sure we closed on our beautiful home
