Sharing my love for Charleston & Coastal Living 🌊 For me, real estate isn't just about houses; it's about people.

It's about understanding your story, your dreams, and what truly makes a house a home. Buying or selling a property is a significant life event, and I'm honored to be a part of that journey with you. My approach to real estate is deeply personal. Having relocated my own family many times, I understand the mix of emotions that come with finding the perfect place to call home. I transitioned into re

al estate in 2014, blending these personal experiences with over two decades of corporate experience in Human Resources for a Fortune 100 company. I'm committed to providing not just expert guidance and strong negotiation skills, but also genuine empathy and unwavering support. I believe in building strong partnerships, taking the time to truly understand my clients' needs, and helping them find homes that fit their lifestyles. I'd love the opportunity to help you navigate your next move with confidence. Whether you're buying or selling, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

Have you ever wondered what all those colorful ribbons tied to the fence at Saint Matthew’s Lutheran Church mean?

They’re part of the church’s Prayer Fence Ministry. Visitors and passersby are invited to take a ribbon, offer a prayer or intention, and tie it to the fence—creating a colorful collection of hopes, prayers and memories right in the heart of downtown Charleston.

Fun Fact: The church itself dates back to the 1800s, and its Gothic Revival steeple has long been one of the most recognizable pieces of Charleston’s skyline.

Just one of those little Charleston details you can pass by a hundred times without knowing the story behind it. ❤️

Have you ever tied one here yourself?

Consider this your sign to venture a little farther up King Street. 🍵✨

I stopped into and quickly realized this is not your average tea shop. From shelves of loose-leaf and seasonal teas to wellness blends, gifts, supplements, and homemade iced teas, there is a lot to discover in here.

And if you need somewhere to start, I highly recommend the Iced Matcha infused with their homemade syrup. So good.

One of those local Charleston spots that makes running around town a little more fun—and absolutely worth adding to your list.

The renovated interiors may be what first draws you in, but it’s everything around them that makes life here feel so easy.

Morning coffee overlooking the trees. An afternoon by the pool. A walk or bike ride through Daniel Island, with favorite restaurants, parks, shops, and the waterfront all close by.

It’s not just about having a place to live on Daniel Island. It’s about settling into a lifestyle that makes the everyday feel a little more special. ✨

A pretty convincing case for keeping your Sunday plans close to home. ☀️

Wake up, hit the gym, take a dip, wander over to lunch and dinner, then make your way back home for a slow evening on the porch—or curled up inside.

Everything you need for a very good Sunday, just steps from home.

A new study ranked 182 U.S. cities to find out—and Charleston made the list.

We may be a little biased, but between the water, the walkability, the food, the history, and a lifestyle that makes being outside part of everyday life… we can see the argument.

Swipe to see where Charleston ranks. 🌴
