Got our buyer a great deal on this beautiful home in Snee Farm. The buyer wasn’t quite ready to make an offer the first time we showed it and it quickly went under contract. We were looking at another house in the neighborhood and she decided this one was a much better deal so I had to make sure the listing agent contacted me, if anything came up with the contract they had. I ended up getting the call from them and we were able to put it under contract without it going back on the market. Some are calling this the best deal they have ever seen in Snee Farm.
