Sabrina Seeley has been hooked on real estate since the age of 27 when she purchased her first home, which she has since successfully turned into a rental property. She officially began her real estate career in 2013, after working as Director of Admissions for five years. Before that, Sabrina served as a mortgage loan officer for four years. These roles enabled her to polish her listening and pro
blem-solving skills, giving her clients a decided advantage. Sabrina is an exceptional listener with a natural ear for helping clients articulate goals, needs, and desires. This same talent gives her an upper hand as an excellent problem solver when challenges arise. She has a unique ability to strategically guide clients through what is often a complex process while keeping it simple in their eyes. Sabrina also brings a keen eye for property conditions to the table. She has a unique and intuitive ability to assist clients in visualizing their dreams while also addressing the affordability of improvements clients may want to make on a given property. She spends time getting acquainted with her clients and asking the most critical questions, prompting them to identify what they genuinely wish to accomplish with real estate. As a result, she finds they are often happier with their choices long after purchasing or selling a home. While most real estate agents understand the importance of listening to their clients, Sabrina believes listening to all parties involved is equally important. Hearing what those on the other side of the transaction are saying, and reacting appropriately, gives her clients a strong advantage during the negotiating phase. Sabrina remembers the joy and thrill of buying the home of her dreams and the satisfaction of successfully selling her own home. She now thrives on seeing those same emotions in the eyes of her buyer and seller clients and looks forward to guiding them through each step of the process. While her primary goal is to serve her real estate clients well, Sabrina also enjoys meeting new people and making new friends during the process. Her commitment to exceeding client expectations has helped her create long-term relationships with clients who come back to work with her again and again. Sabrina currently lives in Isle of Palms, SC. She enjoys playing with her two dogs, Maddie and Piper, and spending time with her family at the beach.
