She advertises the properties on websites, through social media, in real estate guides, and other media, and she shows homes at open houses and by appointment. Nancy puts her clients first in every step of the real estate sales process, accompanying them to the home inspections and appraisals, negotiating each real estate transaction, and ensuring that both buyer and seller have completely positive experiences. Born into a family active in sales and financing, Nancy herself brings a strong financial background to her understanding of real estate, financing and markets. Having served for more than a decade as a Branch Manager with Wells Fargo Bank, she managed all the daily operations and business support activities of the banking center. In Charleston, she has also managed the operations of MaidPro maid services and Enchanted Charmz, an accessories manufacturer for which she also coordinated and lead numerous home parties to promote and sell their merchandise throughout the area. Always dedicated to her education, Nancy holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration.
