One of the most rewarding aspects of this job is helping families make a cross country move and seeing them fall in love with Charleston! This sweet family said goodbye to Seattle ✈️ and hellooo to a slower paced life in the Lowcountry.

Their stunning new build in Old Mt Pleasant is the perfect retreat and that backyard (!!) is a summer dream!

Our stunning listing in Mt Pleasant’s Hibben neighborhood only lasted 2 days before going under contract and it’s easy to see why. Deep porches, tall ceilings, a fabulous carriage house with full kitchen and laundry and a main house with one story living (like finding a diamond in the rough these days!!)
