Balance isn’t something you find once and keep forever — it’s something you rebuild, over and over, especially when life keeps changing the rules on you.

I’m honored to be joining exp Nest for a conversation close to my heart: “Finding Balance That Lasts a Lifetime.”

🎉 SOLD & SETTLED ON A NEW LIFE! 🏡

Today my buyers officially closed and became homeowners — and officially Pennsylvanians! 🙌 I may be soaking up some vacation time in Washington right now, but my heart is 100% back home celebrating with them today.

This journey wasn’t a straight line. We searched, we found “the one,” went under contract… and then had to walk away and start over. If you’ve ever been through a deal falling apart, you know how heavy that can feel. But we didn’t give up, and today all of that patience turned into this family holding the keys to THEIR home, NJ in the rearview mirror. 🥹

Watching a family take that leap — leaving everything familiar behind to plant new roots here in PA — never gets old. It’s such an honor to be trusted with a moment this big, even from a few states away.

Today, my buyers officially became homeowners, and I couldn’t be happier for them! 🎉

This journey is proof that sometimes the smallest adjustment can make the biggest difference. After visiting this home twice, we knew it was the one. The only thing standing between my buyers and the keys was making one important change: switching lenders. That decision made all the difference and allowed us to put together the offer that ultimately got accepted.

Real talk from vacation: this week’s juggle while sightseeing, lake visits, and soaking up family time has included calls on 3 transactions currently under contract, all trying to close before month’s end, plus showings for current clients (major shoutout to my team for covering those while I’m away), prepping offers, and a call with a new lead who wants to sell their Poconos property. All in between memories with my three.

Being a mom of three and a full time agent means the juggle never fully stops, it just changes shape depending on the day. So I’ve learned to create boundaries, carving out time to help my clients when they need me, and then setting my phone aside to give my kids my full attention and actually enjoy the vacation we all worked hard for.

How do you protect your own balance during busy seasons? I’m always looking for new tricks.

Spent the day exploring Downtown Puyallup, and it checked all the boxes for a perfect family day. 💙

The kids had a blast running through the splash pad, climbing around the park, and making the kind of memories they’ll probably talk about long after this trip. Meanwhile, the adults enjoyed a much-needed coffee break from Anthem Coffee & Tea while soaking it all in. ☕🌳

There’s something about small downtowns that always draws me in. They’re walkable, welcoming, full of local businesses, and have a sense of community that’s hard to describe until you experience it.

The more we explore Washington on this vacation, the more we find ourselves falling in love with it. And honestly? Places like Downtown Puyallup remind me so much of the charming towns throughout the Poconos. Different scenery, same feeling—a place where people gather, families make memories, and community comes first.

As a full-time Realtor in Pennsylvania and a full-time mom of three, these moments are exactly why I work so hard. Helping families find a place that feels like home isn’t just about finding the right house—it’s about finding the community that fits the life they want to build.

Sometimes the hardest part of a transaction isn’t getting under contract… it’s making it through the final few hours.

Today was supposed to be a day of celebration, but closing day had other plans. After a smooth transaction from start to finish, we were met with an unexpected hurdle at the very last minute.

There were moments when it felt like this closing might not happen.

Being miles away meant I couldn’t be there in person, but it didn’t mean I stopped advocating for my clients. Phone calls, messages, problem-solving, and constant communication became the priority until we found a way through.

And that’s exactly what we did.

Distance doesn’t determine dedication.

While I’m currently in Washington State, I was still right there with my buyers every step of the way as we secured an accepted offer on their new Pennsylvania home! 🎉
