I love talking about real estate. My favorite moments in real estate are when I can help a new family find their dream home, and stay in touch with them as their family grows. Getting pictures of new babies, and high school graduations serve as my portfolio of success. My favorite sale was one I did not expect...I was holding an open house and just as I was about to leave an older gentleman approached the door. He briefly looked throughout the house...and was kind of quiet. I took his information and followed up to find out he was looking for his kids. Well, that open house turned into a sale to his children, then they referred me their sister, another family member and now I am their family REALTOR(R). Sometimes the biggest surprises come when you least expect them. Another moment I will never forget was when I scheduled showings for one of the CEO''s of Budweiser...their family was eager to buy a home however a snow storm came on the day we were scheduled to look. My car did not handle well in the snow, so they picked me up and we went shopping! Our families now get together from time to time and we will all never forget we found their home in the middle of a blizzard! Honesty and Integrity are quintessential characteristics of my business practices. I am proud of my reputation and hope to continue my business of referrals and doing the right thing by my clients.
