We created this space for your family, your friends, and your business partners visiting Brown County. Our goal was to make it feel like the best of both worlds. Midwest cozy and welcoming, but with the modern touches and comforts you’d expect in the city.

This private suite is attached to our Yingling Builders design studio, but it was created as a comfortable place for guests visiting Mount Sterling and Brown County to stay.

Whether you have family coming to town, friends visiting for an event, or someone traveling in for a ballgame or tournament, it’s a cozy and convenient place to land.

We love being able to offer something like this right here in our community.

One of our favorite things about Mount Sterling is how events like this bring people into town and give everyone a reason to gather.

The Design Suite was really created for moments like these, a simple, comfortable place for people to stay so they can enjoy the night, spend time together, and not worry about the drive home.
