**SOLD… Then SOLD Again… Then Bought Back! 🤯🌾🦌**

Some crazy things happen in the land business, and this one is hard to top.

A couple of years ago, I sold this 46+/- acre Knox County hunting farm to a gentleman who absolutely loved it. He had an incredible first season on the property, enjoyed several exciting encounters, and even harvested a very impressive buck. Needless to say, he was living the dream.

Then life happened.

Shortly after the season ended, I got a call from him explaining that an unexpected job relocation was coming up and, with a lot of regret, he was going to have to sell his dream farm.

So, as requested, I went to work and quickly got the property on the market and for him.

Fast forward about a year.

I received another call from the same gentleman. He had moved back to the area and was looking to purchase another hunting property. I asked him what he was looking for so I could keep an eye out for the right farm.

His answer?

*"I'd really like to buy back my original property."* 😂
