Today started with a closing for my buyers on their new investment property. Then we continued by getting a CTC (Clear to Close) for a buyer with Best Rate Mortgage and woking on multiple closings getting scheduled this week. Now we end the day with a new listing hitting the market in Lexington.

We have less than 52 days till Chirstmas.
