Sometimes my job is to say:
“Don’t buy the house.”
Not because I do not want you to buy.
Because I want you to buy when it actually makes sense.
Buying a home is not just about loving how it looks.
It is about whether it fits your life, your timing, your payment, your commute, your repair tolerance, and your financial position after closing.
Sometimes the smartest move is to pause.
Sometimes it is waiting for the right price.
Sometimes it is walking away from the house that looked perfect online but does not work in real life.
My goal is not just to help you buy a house.
It is to help you buy well.

One thing I’ll never understand is when people say:

What’s your fee??

“I’m looking for the cheapest option, but I also want them to be the best.”

Cheap and best are two lines that simply don’t coexist.

You can have cheap, or you can have best, but you can’t have both. The cheapest option will never be the best, and the best option will never be the cheapest.

Quality and excellence come with a price.

If someone tells me they want the cheapest option, I’ll let them know. I’m not the right person for the job. My standards of excellence and delivering the best will never live with those who prioritize paying the least.
