Since we have so many new faces on our page we thought it would be the perfect time to reintroduce the faces behind McCormick Realty, Inc. and McCormick Land & Auction Co.

McCormick Land & Auction Company was founded in 1913 by Allie McCormick, and while there has been a change in hands over the years, we have stayed rooted in our original purpose of serving the Gateway area with professionalism, integrity and sincerity.

Edwin Burden (left) started under the wing of Allie in 1974 as an Apprentice Auctioneer and has been an auctioneer for over 50 years now.

In 1990, Edwin decided to carry on McCormick Realty, Inc. by purchasing it from Allie to uphold the same morals and practices that the company was founded on.

Eric Davis (right) has been licensed since 2014 and has followed in Edwin’s footsteps along the way.

These two have been successfully working together for over 10 years to serve Central Kentucky in all residential, agricultural, commercial and industrial real estate needs, and will continue to do so!
