📣 Bold on Blvd Pet of the Month Submission Update!

You may have noticed our POTM form looks different and that's because it is! We've upgraded our entry form and have also been updating our posters with a qr code to the new form.

If you entered your pet on the previous form and have not seen them represented yet please know we are still working through any remaining entries by the order in which they were submitted!

However, residents who haven't entered their pet yet and would like their pet featured in our Pet of the Month series moving forward can use this new form:

As always, pets are selected in the order submissions are received and featured on our social media profiles and official Pet of the Month poster!

"It has been a night and day difference with Dena and the new management/staff. Went from waiting three months for a broken shower replacement (yes, I had to use the showroom shower for the three months), to having the phones answered, kind people in the office, maintenance requests being completed in 24-48 hours, AND follow up calls making sure it was completed. I couldn’t be happier and I am so thankful a good team is finally here. Please don’t leave!" -Ashley

Nothing says summer like live music under the sky 🎶

Our community is just minutes away from Music on Main Street happening every third Wednesday of each month through September! This free outdoor concert series takes place from 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM in the 100 - 200 blocks of North Main St. in St. Charles. Bring your lawn chairs ( and maybe some cash for delicious food and drink available to purchase) for a fun weeknight out not far from home!
