Some days look a lot more like coffee, computers, contracts, emails, phone calls, research, scheduling, and a whole lot of details happening behind the scenes. ✔️ Mapping out the most efficient route
✔️ Checking traffic + timing
✔️ Preparing buyer packets & home sheets
✔️ Bringing pens, shoe covers & business cards
✔️ Making sure my phone is charged
✔️ Having listing/MLS information ready

If you’ve been thinking about buying or selling, you’ve probably heard that spring is the time to make a move. But here’s the thing: we know what the market looks like today. We don’t know what it will look like six months from now. Mortgage rates could change. Inventory could shift.
Prices could move.
Buyer demand could increase or decrease. And while spring may bring more activity, real estate doesn’t stop moving in the fall and winter. There are still buyers who need to move, sellers with their own timelines, and opportunities that may look very different when there’s less competition. So instead of asking: “Is spring the best time to buy or sell?” Maybe the better question is: “Is NOW the right time for me?” Your timeline should be based on your goals, finances, lifestyle, and circumstances NOT just the calendar.
