After well over a year of searching for the perfect commercial property in Skagit County for a local buisness to purchase and expand their company on, this off market land came across my desk and it checked just about every box they had!
I can’t wait to see what they do with these two acres in Sedro Woolley. ⚒️🧱

Just a little over 2 weeks delayed after a tree fell on the home but as of today we are officially CLOSED & RECORDED ⚡️
So incredibly proud of my buyers who bought their first home at a young age. Having a tree fall on the roof just days before closing was scary, but with some great help the home was put back together and they were able to move in with their brand new puppy!!

Looking at homes on the market has always been something I found myself doing first thing in the morning or late at night when I should have been falling asleep.
There are so many beautiful homes in our area and also a lot of homes that are just waiting for the perfect person to give them a little TLC.
Window shopping and coming up with hypothetical remodels of homes has been fun and all... but one day it just dawned on me... I could start helping other people with the same visions and watch theirs become a reality!
Getting my Real Estate Brokers License was one of the best decisions I ever made. The best part of it all was knowing one of the best, if not THE best, teams in Skagit County to hitch a ride with. The Dominic Pettruzzelli Team with Keller Williams Western Realty!!!
