The other day I was helping a first time home buyer through the buying process, and they told me how nervous they were because they thought the whole thing would be a lot harder and more complicated then what it is. I had to remind them that well,😂 it is my job to make it as easy and stress free as possible.

In Jefferson County Inventory and days on market are both down, all while the average sales price is up 16%! If you have been thinking of selling now would be a great time.
