Last kitchen cabinet countertop done for MTV house. This will go next to fridge at the moment. It can be moved so nothing permanent either way

Upstairs. These are angle iron custom cut, tabbed drilled and lag bolted in. Definitely a great accent. Originally 1x4 wood was in same area. These are done in a way “shelf wood can be put there for storage

Upstairs is close to finished. Another day of trim left and finishing metal ceiling pieces. Also putting door on attic access
After trim will do a shoe molding to fill gaps between floor. Only manipulate the trim so much

Progress. Polyurethane on floor and stain on stairs. This is not pro quality like something I would do on a customers house. Unfortunately it is not hardwood but fir and do to unknown factors such as if new owner would want to carpet or redo another way I went this route. Tedious but looks good. Very functional and practical. Easy to change or leave

Sanding and staining/polyurethane the stairs now.
Coming out nice so far upstairs.
I think the crazy part is for years had many people say how much they wanted this house. So far after 4 years no real local interest in buying it. Plenty of out of area interested people though. 🤔.

Anyone following this that seriously considering buying it be aware it’s off market for about two months. When it comes back on market, we will be bringing the price up to around 220 or 230,000. That will include outside done, inside done and the roof costs (in escrow.) the foundation will likely not be done. Currently some changes going on and once it’s done and the inside is completely done it will go back up on market through the real estate agent.
