Some before and after pictures of a recent renovation on a beautiful property on the coast! The scope of work included priming/ painting the knotty pine walls in the back bedrooms and bathroom, repairing/ repainting virtually all of the drywall ceilings on the first floor, removing two countertops and backsplashes, some minor carpentry work, fixing some doors, and luxuriating in the sun while listening to the waves a bit!
Being as most of the work was simple repair it wasn't particularly photogenic but I do feel that covering up the old pine boards really went a long way to brighten up/ modernize the space.
Would love to have more work in locations as beautiful as this!

Some pictures from a recent paint/ drywall repair job. This room had significant staining from smoke and use and some damage to the walls taboot but after a few short days we had her all spruced up and looking brand new! Ready for move in!
