I was checking the lastest stats in the NWMLS and houses are pretty much going at listed price. Snohomish Co. is the most expensive of the Tri County area. (Whatcom, Skagit and Snohomish)
For median Sales price: Sno = $720K. Whatcom = $577K, Skagit = $537K.
