Am I late to the New Year?! No way 😉

One thing I’ve learned is that everyone has a different timeline, and respecting that will save you stress and frustration.

For me, I knew I didn’t want to be overwhelmed by the expectation of NEW YEAR NEW ME! 💥 so I dialed it back a little, and organized my mind (and my desk) the first week of 2022.

I’m excited for the mindset shift of a new year, setting new goals, and moving forward.

I’m always rooting for you too, so whatever you’re aiming for this year, I’m here to help you achieve it. That can be real estate related, or not. Whatever it is, I’m here to help.

Wow…. I did not intend to get this crafty…

I went to my favorite nursery to look for some holiday gifts and check out wreaths. I was inspired by what they had, so I decided to make my own.

For my first try I feel like they turned out pretty good! It was a fun way to get outside (collecting the branches) and challenge myself to just do it, and not be a perfectionist. Because yes, some are little lopsided!

We all know a Veteran, someone who elevated the safety and freedom of their country and fellow citizens above their own.

Who doesn’t love curling up with a good book while it’s raining outside? ✋🏼📚 ☕️

Our transition into the NW winter always takes some adjustment, but I find it’s a great time to refocus on our indoor hobbies.

I’m a BIG fan of reading, and I’ve always got a pile of books I’m going through.

Mark your calendars for a fundraising and client appreciation event!
We’re so excited to partner with Skagit Friendship House and Because We Care Pet Rescue to gather donations for these two remarkable organizations.

You can stop by with your donations, enjoy some delicious and local treats, pet some puppies (heck, maybe take one home?!) and grab a gift bag on your way out.

It’s our joy to work in this community, and we’re proud to support others that feel the same way.

Condo officially closed! ✨

It was great helping our seller navigate this transition. Dani and I made sure to take the stress off the seller, and handle everything to get to a smooth closing.

I’m also so excited for the new owners, who get to move into a new home, and become part of the community in MV. I got to meet them and was able to share ideas for fun stuff, like bookstores, restaurants, and outdoor activities. No doubt they’ll love living here.

There’s so many cool variations and colors and patterns, it’s hard to only pick a few. Grabbed some for the office and my house.
