📊 June Housing Market Update | Franklin, Wood & Hopkins Counties 🏡

The East Texas market continues to shift, creating opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

📍 Franklin County saw a significant jump in median home price (+45.2%), while inventory remains lower than last year.

📍 Wood County experienced a decrease in median price (-31.7%) with more homes available, giving buyers more options.

📍 Hopkins County remained relatively steady, with median prices down just 4.4% and inventory holding consistent.

Across all three counties, closed sales were down compared to last year, and homes are taking a little longer to sell—making pricing and marketing more important than ever.
