📢 We are pleased to announce the dates and times of the upcoming Ringing of the Bell for the Salvation Army!

📅 Dates to ring the bell inside Kroger’s (Coshocton Ave. location in MTV): December 16 & 17.

🕰 Sign-up times start from 9:00am-4:00pm for a one-hour time increment.

📜 Please sign-up by emailing Jeri at [email protected] to be added to the list.

🎯 If you sign-up and for any unknown reasons cannot attend, please try to fill that spot and let me know with whom.

📷 Consumer Advocacy committee member, Dean Opfer, will be taking pictures through-out the day.

The Consumer Advocacy & PR Committee is organizing volunteer support for this year’s holiday community outreach efforts, and we would love your help! 🎁✨

Monday, December 15th is the day we will be assisting The Salvation Army with their holiday food box packing from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

This will take place at their new facility:
206 E Ohio Avenue, Mount Vernon, OH

Any amount of time you can volunteer during this window is greatly appreciated.

Additional volunteer assistance is also needed for the community shopping setup and event at The Salvation Army on:

• Thursday, December 18 • 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday, December 19 • 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
These events will also be held at 206 E Ohio Avenue, Mount Vernon.

What a wonderful evening at the Knox County Board of REALTORS® Annual Christmas & Awards Dinner at the Mount Vernon Country Club last Thursday, December 4th! 🎄✨

We had a fantastic turnout and truly enjoyed spending time with our peers-fellow REALTORS®, lenders, title companies, home inspectors, and real estate photographers—everyone who works together behind the scenes but rarely gets a chance to slow down and break bread together outside of work.

We also proudly installed the new 2026 Board of Directors & Officers:

In the spirit of giving, the Board presented $500 checks to both Food For The Hungry and the Mount Vernon Fire Department, and thanks to the generosity of our members, we collected a huge pile of toys for Toys for Tots—each guest brought a toy to place under the tree. 🎁

It was a night filled with gratitude, community, service, and holiday cheer. So grateful to be part of an organization that gives back in such a meaningful way. ❤️
