“🏡 My very first closing was just under 3 years ago, in June 2023. Those clients gave me one of the greatest compliments a Realtor can receive—they referred their family to me. ❤️

Fast forward to June 2026, and I’ve now helped even more of their family make the move to Taylorsville! 🎉 And even better, we sold their home for far more than they ever expected! 💰🙌

Of course, every transaction has its moments. 😅 We received an over-list-price offer immediately after hitting the market, but the buyer got cold feet and backed out. Meanwhile, my sellers had already secured their next home, and the reality of potentially carrying two mortgages started to feel very real. 😬
