For the last year, I've watched the same story unfold again and again.
Buyers come to me ready. The income is there. The savings are there. They know exactly what kind of home they want, and some have spent months quietly imagining what closing day will feel like. They're ready, until we reach the mortgage step, and everything comes to a stop.
Not because they can't afford the home. Not because they aren't responsible. Simply because their credit isn't quite where it needs to be to qualify.
As the owner of my own brokerage, I saw this happen far too often. I could guide someone through the entire homebuying journey, but none of it mattered if we couldn't get them through the door of financing. I grew tired of watching people who were so close have to step back and navigate that piece entirely on their own.
So I began studying, quietly and intentionally. Not because my own credit needed repairing, but because I wanted to understand it the way lenders do, what truly determines readiness, and what can be done before an application is ever submitted.
That's when it became clear: some buyers don't need another year of waiting. They need guidance through the one piece standing between where they are and where they're going.
For the past several months, I've been building something with exactly that in mind.
On October 1st, I'll officially introduce The Credit Avenue to the public. ๐ก
This isn't a step away from real estate. It's a step taken beforehand, so I can meet future homeowners before they ever need me as their Realtorยฎ, because the goal was never simply to show a home. The goal is to help you reach the keys. ๐
A limited number of early access spots will open tonight. Details to follow. โจ
