If you can hear the pickleball courts, the Board considers that a proximity issue. The Board cannot be responsible for how often residents notice an approved amenity.

HOA Board clarification: the project is not over budget. The Board has simply approved an additional $1,800 per home so the project can be completed.

These are different things. Continued use of the phrase “over budget” will not make it accurate.
