🏡Hello Maycunich Properties Tenant,🏡
We want to introduce to you Rent Redi! We are super excited to implement this amazing service. An app/software that makes everything so much easier. Please take a few minutes to check your email (and spam) for an invite to join our group. You will be able to download the RentRedi app our go to your browser to sign up. After a quick signup, you will be able to use this for everything you could need. (Paying rent, submitting maintenance requests and more!) We are eager to get this program started as it will simplify everyone’s lives. No more having to mail rent, send rent through Walmart, text me for maintenance repairs, etc. It will all be conveniently located in RentRedi.
There’s many options as far as paying rent through RentRedi so there’s a choice for everyone. You are able to set up AutoPay so you’re never late😉 (please note: RentRedi will implement our late fees automatically so YOU WILL WANT TO PAY ON TIME!!)
Also: it keeps a log of paid rents, dates, and repair requests. You and I will both be able to stay organized and have a log to look back on.
We are hopeful that this will be an amazing program for EVERYONE! Please be respectful of the service we are offering and log in/set up your account. For those who choose not to participate and pay through RentRedi, there will be a $10 “handling fee” each month for you. RentRedi is FREE to you so please take advantage!
