Hello, I'm Alexa Vork. Although I only recently became a realtor, my love for home shopping has been ongoing through every housing market trend in the last decade. Even before I became a licensed agent, I studied our local market extensively as our family planned and saved for our dream home. Since becoming an agent, there has been nothing better than helping families find the right home for their needs.

I have had the pleasure of calling Mountain Home my home for most of my life. As a child I moved here with my mother to be close to my family who had retired from the military in Mountain Home. Hello everyone! My name is Rachel Harlan. I just wanted to take a moment and share a few things about myself! Travelling is something that I love to do. It's always amazing getting on that plane or taking that drive and going to an unfamiliar place. I have met some of the best people and had some of the best adventures while traveling. Spending time with my family and friends always means a lot to me. Being an Aunt is one of the best things in life. I have 4 nephews and 3 nieces (one on the way) and seeing them grow up and being a part of their lives and seeing who they will become is definitely the most fulfilling thing in life. I started with Mountain Home Pro in April 2023. My time in the office with the agents has been amazing, I have learned a lot from each of them, and I am grateful to work with them all. I honestly wasn't sure what I wanted to do in life. I knew I wanted a career but I wasn’t sure what. Now that I am in this career, I know that it was the right choice for me. The people you meet and being a part of a very meaningful moment in people’s lives truly make it all worth it.

Hello, my name is Ellie Kerfoot! I have been a Realtor since October of 2022. With the mentorship from my mother-in-law, Rena Kerfoot, I am learning more and more everyday. I am continuing the Kerfoot Legacy in Real Estate and learning from one of the best. Every contract is different and keeps you on your toes, which is what I like most about being a Realtor.

I graduated from Boise State University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Business degree. I had no idea what I wanted to do in my future career, but I knew I wanted to help people. Now I am able to help people find their forever homes and make valuable friendships along the way.

In my free time, my favorite thing to do is spending time with my husband and dogs. Kyle and I have been married since August of 2022. Kyle is a Captain in the Army Reserves and has recently taken Command of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company (HHC) of the 91st Training Division. We have a long-haired Chihuahua named Lulu and a German Shepard named Skylar. We love to take our boat out fishing and watch movies.

Hello, I would like to tell you about myself. I have been an agent since 1999. I started my career at Century 21 Southern Idaho Realty under the guidance of Gisela Light. The knowledge I took away when I left that office provided the steppingstones to the next journey I embarked on.

I attended the 2014 Idaho Realtors Leadership Academy. One of our last assignments was to write about what a successful leader was. Below is my closing Leadership Statement.

" The success of a leader is the ability to listen with an open mind and encourage growth from the lowest level, to teach, mold and promote teamwork and continued success not only for the company but for the individual."

In 2012 I along with my son, Nicholas, joined Mountain Home Pro Real Estate, under Barb Fogleman's guidance. In 2016 my son purchased Mountain Home Pro and I became the Broker for the company. I love being a Broker and helping the agents in the office succeed.

In 2019 my world was turned upside down. My son Nicholas passed away. He and I ran the company so efficiently that I was not sure how I could function. In December of 2021 along with my husband Paul, we became owners of Mountain Home Pro Real Estate. We vow to keep our son's legacy alive.

I am asked why I got into this field. Well, the answer to that is that when my husband and I were trying to buy a home we did not receive much help as we were a bit of a challenge. I decided I wanted to help others through the home buying process. My heart is so full when I am at the closing table with a family who never dreamed they could purchase a home. Their smiles make everything worthwhile. Real estate has created so many lasting relationships. I am fortunate to call my clients my family.

I have been married to the love of my life for 39 years. We have two sons, Michael who is married and has two children and Nicholas who we lost in 2019. I am blessed to have a special relationship with Nicholas' wife and treasure her. I love my fur babies, gardening, my lavender garden, get togethers and being home. I think because I am constantly away, when I finally make it home, I am exactly where I need to be.

My grandson was diagnosed with leukemia as a baby. He is a thriving teenager now. While he was in the hospital, and I visited, I made a promise to him. I promised him that when he was well, I would do everything I could for those families living through cancer. I started with a friend, "Circle of Hope" which is a support group for those dealing with cancer in one way or another. I was a counselor for Camp Rainbow Gold and am currently a wish granter for Make a Wish Idaho. I have done many fundraisers for cancer patients who struggle with bills. I love giving back to the community.

Nicholas always wanted a property management company which makes total sense. Paul and I grabbed hold of Nicholas' vision of a property management company and are moving forward with his dream. Lavender Legacy Property Management will officially launch on January 1st, 2024. In short, we are excited to run with Nicholas' vision and see where it takes us and Mountain Home Pro Real Estate.

As I sit in my office at night, it is quiet, and I feel blessed to have the opportunity to make a difference in so many lives. Making a difference in the community I live in and love is something I am passionate about. If you love what you do, truly love what you do, then you will never call it work.

Being a family owned and operated business, Mountain Home Pro is about serving our community in the highest capacity we can. We are committed to giving back to our wonderful town. Mountain Home Pro provides Thanksgiving meals for families to ensure a wonderful Thanksgiving. We provide Christmas presents for local families, making Christmas morning memorable. We participate in Rake the Town by helping those who cannot do so on their own. We also participate in Air Force Appreciation Day, a day to thank our military and their families for their service. Spooktacular is a family friendly event put on by our Parks and Recreation department. This event allows us to dress up and have fun with the community. We host the judges for the annual Light the Night Christmas Parade which officially kicks off the holiday season. In addition to hosting the parade judges, we hold our Christmas open house for all. We sponsor various programs through parks and rec to ensure every child can participate if they would like to do so. Mountain Home Pro also sponsors various golf tournaments and other activities in our wonderful community.

Every experience enriches us and those around us in some way. All of life is a blessing in some form, regardless of what we achieve or don't achieve, what we do or don't do.

On January 27, 2016, Nicholas Trueba purchased Mountain Home Pro Real Estate LLC. In the 5 years Nicholas owned the company he was blessed to have an extremely successful real estate business. One of his greatest prides was his agents. He cared very much for them and wanted them to succeed. Nicholas would tell me the best things about Mountain Home Pro are our family of agents and our amazing clients/customers.

On October 19th, 2021, Mountain Home Pro Real Estate LLC suffered a huge loss. Nicholas passed away from a rare disease, Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy. Along with Maggie, Nicholas’s wife, myself, and our amazing family of agents, we keep Nicholas' vision alive. We are providing amazing service to our past, present, and future clients. We are also sharing our love and support with our wonderful community.

We love it when our clients drop in to say hello and grab a cup of coffee or a bag of popcorn. We are often told by those that come into the office that it is very warm and inviting.

As the Broker/owner of Mountain Home Pro Real Estate, I am humbled to be surrounded by agents: Rena Kerfoot, Alexa Vork, Rachel Harlan, Sarah Vargas, Kristin Riley, Jane Jetley, Ellie Kerfoot, Barb Fogleman, Irene Castillo, and Robynn Schipani.
