This one is extra special because I got to help a friend purchase her own commercial building! 🏢❤️

It was a LONG road to the finish line. With an SBA loan and plenty of twists and turns along the way, there were more than a few times when we wondered if this one was actually going to happen.

But my buyer never gave up. We kept working, problem-solving, and pushing forward even when things got tough - and she made it to the finish line! 🙌

I’m so proud of her and SO excited to see what she has planned for this building! I truly think it’s going to be an amazing addition to Mountain Home and our community, and I can’t wait to watch her vision come to life. ❤️

• The median home price is $369,445, remaining relatively stable with a slight -0.1% year-over-year change.

46 homes sold last month, marking a +24.3% year-over-year increase. Homes are averaging 55 days on the market, down -21.4% compared to last year.

Inventory currently sits at 139 homes (-19.2% year-over-year), giving buyers more options while well-priced homes continue to attract strong interest.
