Is something better just because it’s says it is?

Changing brokerages has a lot to consider, each yelling louder than the other about their tools, support, reach.

But is better, better?

What’s in the promise of better?
For me it was the “people over things” philosophy.

The support of real life humans who genuinely care about your wellbeing and success(whatever that looks like to you!

Systems that I could leverage without spending all my time learning platforms.

What would “better” look like for you?

You might be thinking it’s too early to start a conversation if your just now starting to think about a home purchase…but the earlier you start, the sooner you can have confidence in your Credit, a plan to improve ,lower or eliminate debts that might impact your home purchase power.

Your Realtor can get an idea of your goals and stay apprised of property that might fit your criteria for when the time is right. They can also advise you if your goals change and provide good data to help you make informed decisions.

One day those small wins will be your VICTORY!
One new habit, one less fruitless meeting, one more day at the beach, one less tv night, one more journal entry, one more coffee date with friends.

Whether adding or removing things from your life scape you can achieve seemingly impossible things when you do (or remove) even one tiny thing for/from your life.

I chose presence with my family and friends, connections with the right clients and broker, not to attended everything I was invited or “supposed to” and my life has been tangibly better.

I stopped “adding new tools” and simplified the workflows.

I dumped the “busy” / “hustle culture “ and stabilized my schedule.

I hired help, not because I couldn’t do it, but because it lightened the mental load and employed someone else at what they are excellent at!

I encourage you to keep going with those small, seemingly boring “small wins”…one day they will be VICTORY!
