3 bedroom waitlist is 6.
If you are interested at all in any of these; please feel free to come in and pick up an application, once application is return you will than be added to the waitlist.

Our Story

At Raintree West we know our customer service is our best amenity. We want your experience to be the best it can be and we do this by making sure our residents come first.

Our rents and security deposits are based on 30% of the entire household’s annual income, which would have to meet HUD income guidelines. The rents range from $0.00 - $804.00 a month.

We will need a completed application from everyone in the household 18 and over.

We do have screening criteria, but anyone is free to apply.
