I’m not sure who this man is and I’m sure he just wanted to eat his meal in peace but Brekken had other plans. We took all 6 kids to eat at Fernandos and all Brekken wanted was to eat with him. He was continuously crying and as I got up to take him to the car this man asked to get him. Brekken instantly stopped crying and sat and ate chips and salsa and had conversation with him until he was ready to go. Brekken was completely content and told him bye like he had known him his whole life. It’s the small things! So, if you know him, please tell him again I said thank you. He didn’t have to do what he did but completely made Brekken’s whole day ❤️

Offensive odors in a home can stand in the way of potential Buyers making an offer to purchase. Please don't list your home before removing odors caused by smoking or pets. I have found that smoking and strong pet odors will definately turn off potential Buyers and could even have an effect on the Homes selling price. Most of us are "smell blind" when it comes to our Homes so it's a good idea to have a friend walk through the home and give you an honest opinion of whether or not there are odors which should be removed.

This is a funny image but it's also true. Selling your Home without a Realtor will open your Home and expose your Family and belongings to any random person who wants to stroll through your Home. Most visitors are well intentioned but all it takes is one bad person to take advantage of the opportunity to case your Home at their leisure and make plans to do bad things like rob your Home etc.. With a Realtor all visitors to your Home will have been pre approved and will be accompanied by a Licensed Realtor. If you decide not to use a Realtor ,please, at least qualify each person who wants to see your Home and never allow access to someone who knocks on your door and says they want to see the Home.
