Just a little information on renting. Must be 25 years of age or older and at least a 2 night stay. 160$ weekly rates per night and 175$ for weekend renters per night. House sleeps 6 after the 6 people it’s 25$ per person per night. 100$ refundable deposit , once I’ve see the smoking pail and yard are cigarette butt free and house rules have been followed II’ll return the deposit within 5 business days. 75$ cleaning fee. The house has almost everything you would need. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Kitchen has all cooking supplies and all your needs for coffee or tea in the morning while sitting on the amazing porch. If renting we will need the name and ages of any one stay at the property.
