🏠 SOLD! I helped my buyers for over a year until they were really ready to buy. Then months of touring condos and houses. We lost a few Offers because we got out bid even when we offered $50K over. They finally got in contract on this house, then covid happened and it delayed the appraisal process. Then unfortunately the seller passed away a week before the closing date. We were delayed another month. My clients are SO happy to be home owners now!! 🎈🍾
