The first half of 2026 has demonstrated continued strength across the Central Illinois farmland market. Despite economic uncertainty and fluctuating commodity markets, farmland remains one of the most sought-after assets in the region.
Across 16 Central Illinois counties, buyers purchased more than 30,800 acres of farmland, generating over $392 million in total sales volume.
