Across Greater Seattle and Snohomish County, the market continued to find its rhythm through March as we moved into spring. Inventory saw a noticeable uptick, creating a bit more balance, while buyer activity has remained steady with rates in the mid-6% range. Conditions still vary by neighborhood, but well-prepared homes are continuing to stand out - often drawing strong interest and, in some cases, multiple offers.
