This 1 was worth posting for sure. A year ago this journey started. From searching houses on the market, having a new construction home built, then listing their home and somehow timing it perfectly so there would be no gap in between the move. Oh did I mention we got $75,000 more than what we initially thought when we first met? HUGE thank you to Jack and Lorraine for not only treating me like family , but also making this the EASIEST transaction I have ever done. I can’t wait to see their new dream home and be invited over for diner again!
