So very thrilled for Kelsey and Nate! We sold Kelsey’s first home and they moved up to a beautiful home in East Greenwich! It’s been a bit of a roller coaster but we sure got it done! We got a contract on the condo that the buyer agreed to wait until they found a home. The first home they contracted for revealed structural and major termite issues at the inspection so they quickly backed out. Then we found this perfect home! Then the buyer for the condo backed out due to having a stroke. They were super nervous but I knew without a doubt we would get the condo sold and along came a cash buyer ready to settle on the same day as their purchase and for 25k over asking!!! The seller of the new place was so sweet too! Good things happen to good people. Days like this make the hard days so worth it! I’m so grateful to go through life’s milestones with this adorable family!! ❤️
