Not every lot on Baymahni is the same, and these are the very first we’re releasing from the forty acre development.

The lagoon estate lots are one of a kind. The ocean sits out the front of your house and the lagoon sits at the back. Open water and the sunrise where you wake up, calm protected water behind you. Step off your back patio and your boat is already in the water.

There are only four lots on the water like this, and there won’t be more. One is already under contract, which leaves three.

Two days in Exuma. A lifetime shift in thinking. Last week I had the privilege of hosting an incredible group of builders and real estate investors right here at Baymahni: walking the property, breaking down exactly how a boutique hotel deal gets structured from the ground up, and sitting with every single person to dig into their real deals. The feedback blew me away. People went home fired up. Thinking bigger. Seeing their projects differently. That’s exactly why I do this. And to the special group who pulled me aside and said, “Steve, I want more of this” ... I heard you! What came out of those conversations happened naturally: the right people in the right place asking the right questions. A very small group. Very intentional.
