Try to look past the cosmetic stuff and focus on the things that are harder (or a lot more expensive) to change… location, layout, the lot + overall condition.

Sometimes a house just needs a vision 👀🏡 If you need help seeing the potential, that’s where I come in!

Interest rates: If you’re financially ready & you find a house you love, don’t put your life on hold trying to predict the market.

Inspections: Waiving inspections is a gamble. It might give your offer the edge, but you could also inherit some very expensive surprises 😅

Paint colors: PLEASE don’t let someone’s bad paint choices ruin a house that otherwise checks all of your boxes. Paint is one of the easiest things to change!

Zillow’s Zestimate: Helpful starting point? Yes. But Zillow has never been inside your house, just saying 👀

Pre-market renovations: Some updates are worth it before you sell, but some aren’t. Check with me before you make any big updates!

Not using a REALTOR®: You can, but I think having someone on your side is worth it. 🫶🏽
