Sue Wenger Real Estate Group Inc. Always Here for You Sue Wenger moved to Mulvane in 1978 with her husband Mike and daughter Susan. Then they decided that it was time to move.

They purchased an older home on Main Street and, with the help of Mike’s dad, fixed it up while they were living in it. Since neither of them knew anything at all about selling a house, Sue signed up for a real estate class (for information purposes only) not realizing that the course came with an exam and from passing that exam, a real estate license could be bestowed upon the student. She passed

….and the rest is history! She began her part-time career in 1979 with Charles Realty, Inc. and pretty soon realized that she just couldn’t do real estate “part-time”. Taking care of buyers and sellers was a full time job and it remains so to this very day. Things have changed a little bit since 1979….their three daughters are grown, having had the advantage of living and growing in a small community, and Mike and Sue no longer move boxes from house to house as they did in the early days when they were moving into a house Mike had constructed and then were moving out when it sold. Although many things have changed, Sue’s commitment to the people of Mulvane and the larger Wichita community has not. She remains excited about the great potential of our area and now, with her association with the exceptional Weigand company, will be able to use her 30 years of real estate experience even more.
