Sugarbush Apartments is looking for an experienced maintenance technician. The ideal candidate must have knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and vinyl plank flooring installation. Responsibilities include turning vacant apartments to get them move in ready, completing work orders in a timely manner, picking up trash around the property. Heavy lifting is required, including carrying appliances to 3rd floor apartments with assistance via stairs. You will be on call on a weekly rotation. PTO available after 3 months. No health benefits are offered. Pay is based on experience and knowledge (18.50-$21/hr with opportunities for monthly bonuses). Opportunity for a discounted apartment. Overtime is required for emergency on calls, snow removal, salting of sidewalks, and busy seasons to turn apartments. A test will be given during the interview process to determine your basic knowledge of property maintenance.
