Hello Sandpiper! BEWARE! Someone is going unit to unit saying they're with a pest control company... and that they represent the HOA. They are telling residents the HOA will split the costs for their services. This is NOT true. We are not working with any pest control companies. They've been told to leave the community. Thanks!

Hello Sandpiper Neighbors! Heads up! There is a water leak on the south side of the complex that may require water to be shut off for a bit today. The situation is still being assessed. If it has to be shut off, a boil order may be required when it comes back on. We'll let you know if that is the case. Thank you!
